god and ego

a human needs a god

addicted to worshipping, a human

believes in sacrifice and devours its ego whole

in order to become one with what it worships

it spreads the word and paints the pictures

to those who haven't heard or seen those yet

to save them, show the way, the right and only way

to what it considers to be creation itself

that creation

(or creature)

has to be absolute and infinite,

divine, almighty,

all-knowing

so the human is happy to serve it

and the human is happy

and the human devours its ego

if the human is happy to devour itself

for a creation or a creature,

why is it happy to devour a soul

of a smaller creature?
